The concept of sustainable agriculture envisages primary emphasis on manipulation and management of biological systems not only to maximize yields but also to stabilize the agro-system and to minimize industrial input demands.
Biological nitrogen fixation in association with rhizobium is one of the most important means of converting large quantities of nitrogen in air and making it available to the plants. Rhizobium is the most widely used bio-fertilizer around the world. Our farmers have to reduce the cost of production, so as to compete with price of their produce. Choosing right type of Rhizobium culture and use those on leguminous crops will enhance crop yields. To reciprocate the continuous support from farmers for the last 3 decades, MULTIPLEX BIOTECH has the pleasure of introducing Rhizobium.
MODE OF ACTION:
Rhizobium, soil bacteria, has the ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen in symbiotic association with legumes. Rhizobium normally enter the root hairs, multiply there and form nodules.
ADVANTAGES OF MULTIPLEX RHIZOBIUM :
1. MULTIPLEX SUNRISE can fix 50-100 kg of nitrogen per hectare in one Crop season and can leave behind substantial quantities of nitrogen in soil for succeeding crop.
2. MULTIPLEX SUNRISE can leave behind 20-30 kg. N/ha for the succeeding crop, In crops like groundnut, Bengal gram, cowpea, green gram and soybean.
3. MULTIPLEX SUNRISE can increase yields from 15-20%.
4. Application of 1kg MULTIPLEX SUNRISE is equal to application of 100kg of UREA.
APPLICATION METHODS:
Rhizobium is applied through seed treatment and soil application.
SEED INOCULATION:
100 ml / 500 gm of Rhizobium is mixed with 500ml. (one tumbler full) of Gum Arabica to make slurry. The seeds required for an acre are Mixed in the slurry and Shade dried for 30 minutes, before sowing. The treated seeds should be sown within 48hrs.
SOIL APPLICATION:
Mix 205 ml / 2 kg of Rhizobium in 100 kg dried farm yard manure/Annapurna and broadcast in One acre of land.
PRECAUTION:
Rhizobium should not be mixed with insecticides, fungicides or weedicide. Rhizobium treatment is to be done last, when seeds are treated with pesticides.

Multiplex Aadhar

Azospirillum an associative symbiotic nitrogen fixing bacterium, having higher Nitrogen fixing potential. Crops like bajra, sorghum, cotton, fodder crops and sugarcane responded favorably to azospirillum inoculation. The use of bio-fertilizers in combination with organic manures offers a great opportunity to increase the crop production with less cost. To substantiate this MULTIPLEX HAS LAUNCHED AZOSPIRILLUM.
MODE OF ACTION
Azospirillum assimilates atmospheric nitrogen and fixes in soil and helps to save N (Nitrogen) fertilizers. Azospirillum secretes phytohormones in the plant root region to facilitate quicker and vigorous growth of roots and shoot.
INCREASE GRAIN YIELD
Azospirillium inoculation promotes an early tillering, reproductive growth and increase the filling rate of grains. This biofertilizer increases the grain yield by more than 25 percent.
APPLICATION METHODS
In the transplanted crops, Azospirillum is inoculated through seed, seedling root dip and soil application in nursery and main field. For direct sown crops, Azospirillum is applied through seed treatment and soil application.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
SEED INOCULATION : 100 ml / 500 grams of MULTIPLEX Aadhar is mixed with 500 ml. (one tumbler full) of gum Arabica to make slurry. The seeds required for an acre are mixed in the slurry and shade dried for 30 minutes, before sowing. The treated seeds should be sown within 48 hrs.
NURSERY SOIL APPLICATION : 200 ml / 1 kg of MULTIPLEX Aadhar is mixed with 10 kg dried FYM / Annapurna and broadcast in the nursery area required for an acre of main field.
SEEDLING ROOT DIP : Mix 100 ml / 500 grams of MULTIPLEX Aadhar in 40 litres of water and dip the seedling roots for 10 to 20 minutes before transplantation.
SOIL APPLICATION : Mix 250 ml / 2 kg of MULTIPLEX Aadhar with 100 kg dried Farm Yard menure or Annapurna and froad cast to 1 - acre.
PRECAUTION : Azospirillum should not be mixed with insecticide, fungicide or weedicide. Azospirillum treatment is to be done last.
ADVANTAGES OF MULTIPLEX AADHAR
1. MULTIPLEX AADHAR can fix 30-50 kg of nitrogen per hectare in one crop season and can leave behind substantial quantities of nitrogen in soil for succeeding crop.
2. MULTIPLEX AADHAR produces growth-promoting substances like IAA, GA, cytokinins and vitamins which have beneficial effects on crop growth.
3. MULTIPLEX AADHAR can increase yield 10-30%.
Application of 1kg of MULTIPLEX AADHAR is equal to application OF 40 Kg OF Nitrogen/Ha.

Multiplex Azab

Azotobacter, a free living nitrogen fixing bacteria has been used as a bio fertilizer for several non-leguminous crops including vegetables. The bacteria is known to produce growth-promoting substances like IAA, GA, cytokinins and vitamins, which have been beneficial effects on crop growth. Some of the Azotobacter species confer an additional advantage since they are known to produce antibiotic, which suppress a variety of root pathogens. Better effects are obtained in soils having adequate organic matter.

Though the nitrogen contribution to the crop by azotobacter is only 20-30 kg/ha, the production of growth promoting substance compensates its nitrogen deficiency by promoting seeding vigor and prolonged photosynthetic activity. Field trials conducted to study influence of Azotobacter inoculation at Dharwad and Bijapur research farms of the university of Agricultural sciences, Dharwad, have indicated increase yields in the range of 16-36% in sorghum, 3-8% in wheat &23-28% in safflower.

ABOUT PRODUCT:
MULTIPLEX AZAB as shown beneficial effect on rice, wheat, cotton, sorghum, brinjal, tomato, cabbage, mulberry, coconut, areca nut and other crops both under irrigation & rain conditions. MULTIPLEX AZOTOBACTER produces growth-promoting substance like IAA, GA, cytokines and vitamins, which have beneficial effects on crop growth.
PRECAUTION:
The organisms performed better in the presence of FYM than in presence of fertilizer nitrogen.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
SEED INOCULATION : 100 ml / 500 grams of MULTIPLEX AZAB is mixed with 500ml(one tumbler full) of gum Arabica to make a slurry .The seeds required for an acre are mixed in the slurry and shade dried for 30 minutes, before sowing .The treated seeds should be sown within 48 hrs.
NURSERY SOIL APPLICATION : 100 ml / 1kg of MULTIPLEX AZAB is mixed with 30kg dried farmyard manure / Annapurna and broadcast in the nursery area required for an acre of main field.
SEEDLING ROOT DIP : 100 ml / 500 gm MULTIPLEX AZAB in 50 litres of water and dip the seeding root For 10 to 20 minutes before transplantation.
MAIN FIELD SOIL APPLICATION
Mix 250 ml / 2 kgs of MULTIPLEX in 100 kg dried farm yard manure/Annapurna and broad cast in one acre of main field just before transplanting / Sowing.
