• 20% Discount on the total cost of analysis of soil, leaf & water sample carried at our Lab for the members.
• Priority will be given to a member for field demonstration and trials if any, with a Multiplex range of products.
• Free-of-cost technical suggestions be given on request on crops if required.
• Members are free to communicate with the company pertaining to Information on agriculture at farmers' cell in Head Office Ph: 080 2349 7464.
• An insurance cover of 50,000/- will be awarded to the members on accidental death.

Terms and Conditions

• This Lucky draw is organized by Karnataka Agro Chemicals.
• Winners will be declared through Lucky Dip on 19.09.2024 in Bengaluru.
• The Last date to participate is 18.09.2024 by becoming a member of the Farmers Club.
• Employees of Karnataka Agro Chemicals, their immediate family members, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, and conducting the promotion are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• Karnataka Agro Chemicals has the sole discretion to exclude any person participating in the promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
• Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw coupons are picked.
• Karnataka Agro Chemicals shall contact the winners via phone within seven (7) Days of the conduct of the lucky draw (“Notification”).
• Prizes can be collected from Karnataka Agro Chemicals' nearby branch office.
• The winners are required to collect their prize within 14 days from the draw date. Failing which, the winner will forfeit the claim to the prize.
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Karnataka Agro Chemicals for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
• Karnataka Agro Chemicals shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Genesis Frontier's reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.
• By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect, and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Karnataka Agro Chemicals, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.
