What is Multiplex Stri Krishi Shakti?

Multiplex Group of Companies has been a leading company in the manufacturing of agricultural products in the country and abroad for the last 50 years. The company, which manufactures and supplies bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides and multi-micronutrients for the comprehensive development of the agricultural sector, has now launched a unique initiative called “Multiplex Stri Krishi Shakti” to facilitate rural women's self-esteem and empowerment.

In essence, this initiative is an organized "Agricultural Marketing Development Team", which aims to realize that women are not limited to the home, but if they are determined, they can also contribute to the development of farmland.

Who are Agri Consultants?

The grassroot-level village Team members of the All-Women Marketing Development Team will be referred as Agri Consultant. These Consultants proactively identify and onboard farmers through consistent farm visits and relationship-building initiatives at their own village and nearby neighboring villages. They strategically promote Multiplex’s portfolio of bio-fertilizers, biopesticides, organic manure, and micronutrients to drive awareness and adoption and ensure last-mile delivery of products, facilitate timely availability, and follow up to generate repeat demand and customer retention.



Minimum criteria for selecting Agri Consultants

  • Women aged 21–45 years from rural areas
  • Educational Qualification: SSLC / PUC / Diploma / Degree
  • Passionate about agriculture with good communication skills
  • Must be able to ride a two-wheeler and travel locally


Stipend & Benefits

  • Monthly Stipend (as per education level)
    • - SSLC: ₹4,500 | PUC/Diploma: ₹5,500 | Graduate+: ₹7,500
  • In addition to the stipend, sales-based incentives and commissions will be paid
