Sales & Business Development:

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer and distributor network.
• Ensure market penetration and brand visibility in assigned territories.

Retailer & Distributor Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
•  Handle order processing, stock replenishment, and timely deliveries.
• Address retailer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct market visits to assess customer needs and competitor strategies.
• Gather and report market insights, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

Promotional Activities:

• Implement and monitor in-store promotional activities to boost sales.
• Ensure effective display and merchandising of products at retail outlets.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
• Track inventory and sales performance within assigned territories.

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
• 2-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector handling Key Accounts
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the local market and FMCG industry dynamics.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
